Real steel is coming to theaters on October 7,  2011. It stars Hugh Jackman, who is best known as Wolverine in the X-men movies and is directed by Shawn Levy who directed the Night at the Museum movies.

 According to reliable sources, Real Steal is about Charlie Kenton (played by Hugh Jackman) who used to be a great boxer.  But robots became the boxers because they can take more hits and now he rebuilds robots. He and his estranged son find a robot in a junkyard and start rebuilding and training it.

If you like boring romance drama’s with some sci-fi then Green Lantern is for you.  Ryan Reynolds plays Hal Jordan a test pilot at some company. His plane gets brought down and he finds a dying red/purple alien and gets the green lantern ring from him.  Blake Lively plays Carol Ferris, his ex-girlfriend, but contrary to her name she is not very lively and neither are a lot of the characters. Green Lantern’s advertising and trailers suggest that there is nonstop action suspense which is very false. Only the last 20 minuets even have any action.
